People & Lab
Lab Goals
Our lab aims to understand how pain and chronic drug use alters synapses and brain circuits. Our funded projects cover diverse topics including how inflammation affects endocannabinoid signaling in pain modulation circuits and how methamphetamine affects aversion circuits in the brain.
Team
Introduction the lab team:
Our team is comprised of scientists at all career levels and backgrounds, working together to solve problems associated with pain and drug addiction. We strive to work together on projects to foster collaboration and a cooperative culture in the lab. Problem-solving benefits from multiple diverse points of view.
